Kirk Harrington has more than two decades of professional, military and government experience. As a U.S. Army Officer, he was an early member of the elite Joint Task Force-SIX. He has also held various assignments within the Special Operations (SOCOM) community. In 2006, he was appointed a senior adviser and diplomat by the U. S. Department of State to the Government of Iraq. As the U.S. Government Representative to the Iraqi Ministries of Transportation and Construction and Housing; Mr. Harrington oversaw every facet of joint U.S. / Iraqi infrastructure development. Mr. Harrington is also a lecturer on Middle Eastern affairs at the US Military Academy, West Point and he is a founding member of Emerging Foreign Market Collaboration, LLC. Mr. Harrington is a decorated former Army Officer with a Bachelors Degree from the University of South Dakota where he was a NCAA All-American in the Decathlon. He is also active in many charities and is a Director with the Purple Heart Injury Lab (PHIL), a charitable organization set up to deal with the thousands of returning service-members who suffer from Traumatic Brain Injuries.
